Launched in 2001 by Informatics India Limited, J-Gate provides seamless access to millions of journal articles available online offered by 9,000+ Publishers. It presently has a massive database of journal literature, indexed from 29,000+ e-journals with links to full text at publisher sites. This service is activated in the Kerala Univeisty Library.

Cambridge University Press is one of the largest and most prestigious academic publishers in the world and is widely respected as a world leader in publishing for subjects as diverse as astronomy, Shakespeare studies, economics, mathematics and politics. Access to Cambridge Books Online is available at the Kerala University Library.

Access to Wiley Online Library is available at the Keala University Library. Wiley Blackwell publishes narly 1,500 peer-reviewed journals and 1,500+ new books annually in print and online format.

ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Abstract Int.

ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Abstract, the world's most comprehensive collection of dissertations and theses is available in KUL. Full Text includes nearly 3 million searchable citations to dissertation and theses from around the world from 1743 to the present day together with over 1 million full-text dissertations that are available for download in PDF format. The database offers full text for most of the dissertations added since 1997 and strong retrospective full-text coverage for older graduate works.

SHODHGANGA The University of Kerala has signed Memorandum of Understanding with INFLIBNET Centre, Ahmedabad for the “Digital Repository of Theses” viz. SHODHGANGA, on 20th July 2012. The MoU was signed by Hon. Vice Chancellor Dr. A Jayakrishnan and Dr. Jagdish Arora, Director, INFLIBNET Centre. The Shodhganga@INFLIBNET Centre provides a platform for research students to deposit their Ph.D. theses and make it available to the entire scholarly community in open access. The repository has the ability to capture, index, store, disseminate and preserve ETDs submitted by the researchers

It searches over 10,000 journals from over 45 different languages across the sciences, social sciences, and arts and humanities with back files to 1900. DAISY BOOKS The Library has a collection of DAISY (Digital Accessible Information System) books, for the use of people have “print disabilities”, including blindness, impaired vision, dyslexia etc. The DAISY format allows users to hear and navigate written material presented in an audible format. The content is presented with enabled navigation within a sequential and hierarchical structure consisting of marked-up text synchronized with audio. DAISY digital talking books offer the benefits of regular audio books, but they are superior because DAISY includes navigation.
